Description
Single-animal stunning
BTG-7 with data logger
Animal Welfare Slaughter Regulation – (EC) No. 1099/2009
The BTG-7 has 20 programmable stunning programs. Programs 1–4 are pre-programmed for chicken, turkey, duck, and goose.
The stunning time is preset to 6/8 seconds. The end of the stunning process is indicated visually and acoustically.
At the moment of first contact, the resistance (size of the bird) is measured. Based on this, the device automatically applies the required voltage to the bird so that the prescribed stunning current (chicken: 240 mA with head-to-head flow) flows constantly. This means that 240 mA always flows, whether it’s a small chicken or a large rooster.
– Optical and acoustic signal in case of stunning error and when the set stunning time is reached
– Optical and acoustic error message
– Electronic recording of individual key parameters on an SD card – cycle rate 100 milliseconds
– Stunning process can be read as a diagram
– Stunning programs can be changed directly on the device, via mobile app, or on a PC
– Maximum voltage 380V
The following devices can be connected to the BTG-7:
– V-electrode
– Stunning tongs
