The rotationscalder RBK 3 with oil heating chamber has two ranges of scalding, through even rotations of the unit, results in a high standard scalding of the birds. This scalding system is also suitable for waterpoultry.
The tank has an heat output of 3x or 4x 6 kW / 400 V.
The temperature is controlled by a digital thermometer. Heating elements can be switched on independently. |
