The rotationscalder RBK 3 with oil heating chamber has two ranges of scalding, through even rotations of the unit, results in a high standard scalding of the birds. This scalding system is also suitable for waterpoultry.
The tank has an heat output of 3x or 4x 6 kW / 400 V.
The temperature is controlled by a digital thermometer. Heating elements can be switched on independently.

Considerable advantages :
• The oil heating chamber, filled with heat conducting oil, protects the
heating elements against soiling. Additionally, it serves as a heat
accumulator.
• Through the insulation the heating costs will be lowered.

Automatic scalder are made to order depending on capacity, the type of poultry and space requirements. Only stainless steel and modern synthetic materials are used in the fabrication.
